Equipment problems cause BART service delays toward Berryessa, Dublin/Pleasanton

BART is reporting delays of 20 minutes Sunday morning in the Berryessa direction due to equipment problems on the tracks in downtown Oakland.

There is also a 10-minute delay in the Dublin / Pleasanton direction, BART said in an advisory about 9:30 a.m.
