BART is extending stiff its stiff enforcement against those who sit or lie inside transit facilities to Montgomery and Embarcadero stations.
BART and Muni train service stopped briefly at the Civic Center station due to a “report of a threat” around 9 a.m. Friday, BART officials said on social media.
The station opened by 9:20 a.m., but with 20-minute delays in all directions as a result of the police response.
