An overturned big-rig was cleared from southbound U.S. Highway 101 after a crash near the connection with Interstate Highway 880 in San Jose on Friday morning. All southbound lanes of traffic were reopened shortly after 10:30 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP said the crash was reported just after 7:45 a.m., which prompted closure of southbound lanes and diversion of traffic to Highway 880.
