Police arrest San Jose shooter who fired at officers

Police arrested suspect in connection with a shooting Friday morning near the corner of Lynette and Duffy ways in San Jose.

Officers responded at 4:25 a.m. to multiple reports of a man firing a gun and when they arrived, the suspect shot at them, according to police.

The suspect, whose name was not released, was arrested about 9:20 a.m. No injuries were reported.

More information will be released later today, police spokesman Sgt. Christian Camarillo said.
