San Leandro, Calif. police
A fatal crash was reported near a highway overpass in San Leandro early Tuesday morning, police said.
San Leandro police initially issued an advisory shortly before 6 a.m. about the fatal crash closing all westbound lanes of Davis Street near its overpass above Interstate Highway 880.
Police sent out an advisory shortly after 8 a.m. saying the roadway had reopened. No other details about the crash were immediately available.
