Moishe Harris, 51, was arrested Saturday, Sept. 20, 2020 at the BART El Cerrito Plaza station on suspicion of several weapons-related and stolen property charges.
A 51-year-old San Pablo man was arrested on weapons violations Saturday night at the El Cerrito Plaza BART station.
Moishe Harris was taken into custody just after 10 p.m. and booked at Santa Rita Jail for receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, carrying a loaded firearm and not the registered owner, and a parole violation.
