Police seek additional sexual assault victims after arrest in St. James Park incident

Police in San Jose have arrested a man in connection with a recent sexual assault in the St. James Park area of the city and say the suspect may be involved in additional incidents.

Bashir Tacuma, 41, was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault.

Police said Tacuma is known to frequent the downtown area of San Jose, and during their investigation into the sexual assault, they learned there may be additional victims in the case.

A photograph of Tacuma can be found on a police press release published Thursday.
