San Mateo County:

- Loma Mar/Dearborn Park area
- Pescadero Creek County Park area
- Butano Community area
- Whitehouse Canyon Road
- South Skyline Boulevard near Highway 9
- Russian Ridge Open Space Reserve area
- Middleton Tract area
- Portola Redwoods State Park
- Portola Heights Community
An evacuation center has been established at Pescadero High School at 360 Butano Cutoff.
Solano County
- North of Gates Canyon Road to Quail Canyon Road
- South of Gates Canyon Road to Highway 80
- Pleasants Valley Road west to Blue Ridge Road
Sonoma County:
- East of Sonoma Coast from Fort Ross Road to the Russian River
- North and east of the Russian River
- South of Sweetwater Springs Road and south of Fort Ross Road
- West of Meyers Grade Road to the coast
- South of Fort Ross Road
- North of Meyers Grade Road at Highway 1 intersection
- North of Austin Creek Recreational Area
- East of The Cedars
- Mills Creek Road, west of Puccioni Road
- South of Stewarts Point-Skaggs Springs Road
Napa County:
- Steele Canyon Road from Highway 128 and Berryessa Highlands subdivisionAll residents west of Lake Berryessa’s water’s edge
- Pope Canyon Road from Pope Valley to Berryessa Knoxville Road, including Hardin Road and the Sufi Center
- Intersection of Butts Canyon and Snell Valley roads to all of the Berryessa Estates subdivision
- All residents west of Lake Berryessa’s water’s edge
- Pope Canyon Road from Pope Valley to Berryessa Knoxville Road, including Hardin Road and the Sufi Center

An evacuation center has been set up at Crosswalk Community Church at 2590 First Street in Napa.
Contra Costa County:
- All residents along Morgan Territory Road south of Marsh Creek Road
- Marsh Creek Road between Bragdon Way and Deer Valley Road
