Multiple agencies are responding Sunday morning to several fires in the area of Morgan Territory and Marsh Creek roads near Mt. Diablo State Park in unincorporated Contra Costa County.
Officials say the fire is putting out a lot of smoke and said that the public should not call 911 to report the smell of smoke.
Units from Cal Fire, the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District and San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District are among those responding.
