Daly City police seek three suspects in armed home invasion robbery

Police in Daly City are investigating an armed robbery that occurred last week.

Officers with the Daly City Police Department responded July 7 to a residence in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue on a report of a robbery.

Police said three suspects armed with guns robbed a man as he was leaving for work.

The victim, a 39-year-old Daly City resident, told police the suspects, who were all dressed in black and were wearing masks, pushed their way into the foyer of his residence and demanded he get down.

The suspects then held the man down and took his wallet and his keys.

The victim’s mother heard the commotion and opened the front door of the residence, and the suspects then made their way inside.

One of the suspects then kicked open a bedroom door and pointed a gun at the victim’s wife and demanded cash.

The suspects took other items and cash from the residence and ultimately fled as another family member called 911.

The victim suffered a bump to the head and a cut above his left eye during the robbery.

The suspects were described as having medium builds, were about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighed 180 pounds and were wearing all black.
