Muni bus injures pedestrian in Market Street collision

A Muni bus struck a 36-year-old man Wednesday along Market Street, causing him to be hospitalized, police said.

The collision happened around 3:15 p.m. in the 800 block of Market Street.

A pedestrian allegedly ran into the street, causing the bus to strike him. The man was hospitalized with injuries not considered life-threatening, according to police.
