Crews stop forward progress on 2-acre Napa County vegetation fire

Crews from the Sonoma-Lake-Napa unit of Cal Fire were responding Sunday afternoon to a vegetation fire off of Chiles Pope Valley Road in Napa County.

The agency said at 3:12 p.m. that forward progress had been stopped. The fire had burned about 2 acres according to the last Cal Fire reporting.

The Napa County Sheriff’s Office reported that Chiles Valley Road and Lower Chiles Valley Road were closed to traffic.
