Police find man shooting rifle from window of Oakland home

Oakland police responded early Wednesday morning to a man shooting a rifle from the window of a home, a police spokeswoman said.

Officers had responded at 5:33 a.m. to a report of gunshots in the 5700 block of Harmon Avenue and arrived to find the man shooting the rifle from the window.

No injuries have been reported and police remained at the scene as of shortly before 8 a.m.

No other details about the case were immediately released.
