A car hit a California Highway Patrol SUV early Friday at a Caltrans construction site, but the officers inside weren’t injured, the CHP said.
The officers were parked with their lights on inside a coned-off site along southbound Interstate Highway 880 near A Street when the sedan hit them about 1:30 a.m., according to the CHP.
No injuries were reported and the driver was not cited, according to the CHP.
