Ocean Beach gets some love with Valentine’s Day volunteer cleanup

Volunteers are showing some love for San Francisco’s Ocean Beach on Valentine’s Day, according to the Turtle Island Restoration Network, which is hosting a beach cleanup on Friday.

The Love Your Beach Cleanup started at 10 a.m. and lasts until noon. Groups and individuals were welcomed to join the effort.

People gathered at the north end of the Ocean Beach parking lot to start the cleanup.
