A lockdown Wednesday morning at Edna Maguire Elementary School and Terra Marin School on Lomita Drive in Mill Valley was lifted after a burglary suspect was apprehended.
Police told residents to avoid the area of Lomita Drive and Shell Road around 8:15 a.m. The suspect was reported to be in custody at 8:57 a.m.
