A fire is burning part of a three-story Oakland apartment building Tuesday afternoon, fire officials said.
The fire was first reported at 3:58 p.m. in the 3100 block of Sheffield Avenue.
Flames are burning the third floor, according the last update provided at 4:14 p.m.
