3.3 magnitude earthquake strikes near Sonoma County

A 3.3 magnitude earthquake was recorded in Lake County – less than a mile from the Sonoma County line – on Monday night, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The quake hit at 10:33 p.m. near Saw Mill Road and approximately 1.38 miles from Cobb Mountain.
