Bomb threat prompts San Francisco State University campus evacuation

An unconfirmed bomb threat was reported by San Francisco State University police via Twitter at 2:19 p.m. Thursday.

According to the statement, the threat impacts “a few” buildings on the main campus. University police have activated an evacuation of the entire 1600 Holloway Avenue main campus while authorities investigate.

As of 2:20 p.m., the Centennial Village Building C is the only residential building that has been evacuated.

University police said:

“All other residential buildings will operate as normal.”

No further information has been provided.
