Highway 280 solo crash kills at least one

At least one person has died following a solo-vehicle crash on the 25th Street off-ramp from southbound Interstate Highway 280 early Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP said the crash was first reported at 4:52 a.m. There are no reports of any other injuries.
