San Francisco State University police said they have completed an investigation into a suspicious package that was found Monday afternoon in the library on the main campus.
As of 5:29 p.m., the investigation was complete at the library on the campus at 1600 Holloway Ave.
Police said the package posed no threat to public safety. The library will be open again Tuesday. Police said the shelter-in-place order has been lifted and normal campus activities can resume.
