Woman’s body found in fire-damaged Windsor condo

A woman was found dead in the bedroom of a condominium that burned Friday morning in Windsor.

Sonoma County Fire District Battalion Chief Robert Johnson said the downstairs bedroom was the origin of the 6 a.m. fire at 150 Courtyard East.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, and the Sonoma County Sheriff’s office said the victim’s name was not available Friday afternoon.
