Indecent exposure suspect arrested in possession of meth, cocaine

Police in Palo Alto on Monday arrested a man in connection with an indecent exposure incident.

Ximena Noly, 34, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, giving false information to police, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine and on an outstanding warrant, according to the Palo Alto Police Department.

On Monday at 6:44 p.m., officers responded to a report of an indecent exposure incident that had occurred in the 300 block of Pasteur Drive.

Police said a man reported another man had approached him in a parking garage and asked for a sex act while he held and exposed his genitals.

Noly, who had an outstanding warrant, was found in possession of methamphetamine and cocaine..

Responding officers located the suspect, later identified as Noly, running west on Pasteur Drive.

Police were able to detain Noly, and he was found to be in possession of narcotics, police said.
