BART officials said trains from San Francisco are again traveling to the East Bay Tuesday afternoon after an equipment problem on a train.
As of 4:40 p.m., trains were again moving east through the Transbay Tube but major residuals delays exist.
The train with the equipment problem was swept out of service, BART officials said. Passengers were off-boarded at Embarcadero in San Francisco.
