Three suspects arrested in connection with 7-Eleven fatal shooting

Vallejo police have arrested a man and a teenage boy suspected of fatally shooting a 35-year-old Vallejo man on Oct. 15, and a third suspect was arrested for conspiracy, a police lieutenant said.

Police found the victim, Percy Reed, dead from gunshot wounds in a vehicle in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven store at 2580 Springs Road.

Police arrested Joseph Hopkins, 19, of Vallejo in the 2300 block of Fairfield Avenue on Oct. 17, and a 16-year-old Vallejo male in the 3000 block of Great Falls Way in Sacramento on Oct. 18.

Jermarae Elliott, 18, of Vallejo, was arrested in the 300 block of Mini Drive on Sunday on suspicion of conspiracy.
