BART service resumes after Transbay Tube debris fire

BART officials said full service has been restored through the Transbay Tube Tuesday evening following an apparent electrical problem alongside the tracks.

As of 5:55 p.m., service in both directions had been restored. A debris fire was found inside the tube on the Oakland side.

Passengers can expect residual delays as service gets back to normal.
