BART recovers from morning delay caused by person on tracks

BART service is resuming on the Antioch line Thursday morning after trains were delayed because of an unauthorized person on the tracks near the Lafayette station.

The transit agency issued an advisory at 7:52 a.m. about the delays.

As of 9 a.m., service was recovering. BART officials did not immediately say what happened to the person on the tracks.
