Clarence Smith, 78, has been missing from his Antioch, Calif. home since the morning of Tuesday, October 1, 2019. His vehicle, a silver 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe is also missing. Smith is considered at risk with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
Police in Antioch are asking for the public’s help in finding a 78-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia who went missing Tuesday morning and is thought to be at risk.
Clarence Smith is described as a black man with blue eyes standing 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds.
He was last seen around 8 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of L Street.
Investigators are asking the public to keep an eye out for Smith’s vehicle, which is also missing. It’s described as a silver 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe with license plate No. 4ZKH349. Police have released photos of both Smith and the Hyundai.
