Victim sustains stab wound in Santa Rosa restaurant brawl

Police are investigating a stabbing at a downtown Santa Rosa restaurant early Sunday morning.

Officers responded around 1 a.m. to a fight involving 15 people at La Rosa Tequileria & Grille at 500 Fourth St.

They found a 28-year-old Santa Rosa man on the patio with a stab wound in his back and a broken nose. The victim, who was uncooperative, was taken to a hospital for treatment of his injuries, which are not life-threatening, police said.
