A forum to discuss the future funding of the Mental Health Services Act will take place on Thursday in San Pablo, according to Contra Costa Health Services.
The meeting will include an overview of the act and Contra Costa County’s current MHSA budget, which provides more than $50 million to over 80 mental health programs and services. It will also offer community members an opportunity to discuss their needs and meet with service providers to discuss current issues relevant to supportive housing.
The forum starts at 1 p.m. at Contra Costa College at 2600 Mission Bell Dr. All are welcome. Those interested in attending are asked to RSVP online at www.cchealth.org/mentalhealth/mhsa or by calling (925) 957-2617.
