A man was fatally shot early Sunday in San Francisco’s Western Addition neighborhood, police said.
The shooting was reported about 1 a.m., near the intersection of Geary Boulevard and Steiner Street. Police found the victim, whose identity has not been released, with multiple gunshot wounds.
Despite resuscitation efforts, the man died at the scene, according to San Francisco police. Two people were seen fleeing the scene in a car, but a detailed description was not available.
