Watsonville police seek suspect in fatal stabbing

Watsonville police detectives are investigating the murder of a 27-year-old man who was stabbed multiple times late Saturday night. Police found the victim in the roadway in the 100 block of Carnation Drive shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday. Paramedics immediately began to render aid but the victim died on scene. His name has not been released. Officers began searching for witnesses, surveillance cameras and any evidence at the scene, police said.
