BART ran trains on a single track in San Francisco on Sunday and will do so again on two other Sundays later this month as the transit agency makes major upgrades to its power system.
The single-tracking will continue on June 16 and 23. Between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on those days, riders should expect delays of between 15 and 20 minutes on the Antioch to SFO-Millbrae line, and delays of 20 to 30 minutes between 6:30 and 8 p.m.
The service disruptions are to allow crews to replace power cables and pipes that power the trains, according to BART.
