Finals Game 5 watch party tickets on sale Monday

The Golden State Warriors guaranteed at least one more watch party will be held at Oracle Arena in Oakland with a thrilling 109-104 victory against the Toronto Raptors in Game 2 of the NBA Finals on Sunday night in Toronto.

The series between the conference champions is tied at 1-1, ensuring that a fifth game in the series will be played – in Toronto – next Monday, June 10, at 6 p.m.

Tickets for the Game 5 watch party go on sale exclusively at Warriors.com to the general public on Monday at noon, with a presale for the team’s season ticket holders starting at 10 a.m. and priority wait list members at 11 a.m. All tickets cost $25 and parking is $20, with parking lots opening at 4:30 p.m.

The Warriors used a hot third quarter start to turn a five-point deficit at the half into a lead it wouldn’t surrender.

Klay Thompson led the team with 25 points and DeMarcus Cousins – in his first start and significant playing time since April – scored 11 points and 10 rebounds in more than 27 minutes on the floor. Game 3 will be held at Oracle Arena on Wednesday with a scheduled 6 p.m. tip-off.
