Two female suspects at large after South Beach home invasion, assault

Two women allegedly broke into a man’s home in San Francisco’s South Beach neighborhood early Tuesday morning and assaulted him before taking items from his home, police said.

Around 1:45 a.m., officers responded to the home invasion robbery in the 100 block of Brannan Street.

There, officers learned that two women entered the man’s home and took a Rolex watch and a BB gun. The two suspects then assaulted the 26-year-old victim before fleeing in a car, according to police. The victim was taken to a hospital to be treated for injuries that are not considered life-threatening, police said.

Officers were unable to arrest the suspects and a description of them and their vehicle was not immediately available.
