Power restored to San Francisco waterfront

PG&E officials said power has been restored to all customers in the area of Pier 23 in San Francisco Wednesday night.

As of 8 p.m. power had been restored to 645 customers who lost power about two hours earlier, PG&E spokeswoman Karly Hernandez said. The cause of the outage is under investigation.
