Alameda police investigate suspicious device, close Hibbard Street

Police in Alameda closed Hibbard Street between Paru and Grand streets Monday morning while they investigated a suspicious device. The Alameda Police Department in a tweet around 11:25 a.m. asked drivers to avoid the area.
