Walnut Creek police search for missing man with dementia

Police in Walnut Creek asked the public Tuesday to help them find a missing man who is thought to be at risk due to dementia.

Antonio Alfonso was last seen in front of the Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek Medical Center, listed at 1425 S. Main St., around 3:15 p.m. Monday.

Police said Alfonso has difficulty walking and is likely to have gotten on a County Connection bus. He was last seen wearing dark clothing. Anyone with information about the missing man’s whereabouts is asked to call police investigators at (925) 935-6400.
