Firefighters rush to rescue person ‘clinging to the edge’ of Marshall’s Beach cliff

San Francisco firefighters responded Tuesday morning to a cliff rescue at Marshall’s Beach south of the Golden Gate Bridge.

A fire department spokesperson wrote on Twitter that the person was “clinging to the edge” of the cliff as of shortly after 8:30 a.m.
