A vehicle struck and injured an elderly woman in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond neighborhood on Monday evening, according to police.
The collision was reported at 5:59 p.m. in the area of Cabrillo Street and 46th Avenue. An 84-year-old pedestrian was in a crosswalk when the vehicle hit her. She was taken to a hospital with injuries considered life-threatening, police said.
The driver stopped at the scene and was not arrested. No other information about the collision was immediately released by police.
