An 18-year-old student stabbed Monday morning in downtown Concord managed to drive to nearby Mt. Diablo High School to get help, police said.
When he arrived at the campus parking lot, bleeding from a minor stab wound to his abdomen, people at the school called police at 7:56 a.m., authorities said.
The student, a resident of Concord, was taken to a hospital for treatment.
There appears to be no connection between the stabbing and the school, police said.
