An Oakland man was sentenced Wednesday to 121 months in prison for human trafficking of a minor, Alex Tse, U.S. Attorney General for Northern California said.
Kaybaun Rodgers, 26, whose last known address was in Oakland, pleaded guilty to the charge on Sept. 5.
Between Aug. 28, 2016 and Feb. 19, 2017, Rodgers used a website to advertise a minor for sex in exchange for money. He posted at least 46 advertisements and collected the proceeds from the minor. He also filmed the minor performing sex acts on himself and others.
In addition to the prison term, Rodgers was sentenced to a 20-year period of supervised release and ordered to register as a sex offender. He has been in custody since April and will begin serving his sentence immediately.
