Police are seeking two suspects who carjacked a man at gunpoint Saturday afternoon along Mission Street in San Francisco’s Bernal Heights neighborhood.
The incident occurred around 2:20 p.m. as the victim was in his car in the 4000 block of Mission Street near Bosworth Street, police said.
Two suspects, a male and a female, apparently pointed a gun at the driver, a 48-year-old man. The suspects then took the man’s vehicle and fled, according to police.
The victim was taken to a hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening. Police did not say exactly how the victim was injured.
Officers were unable to locate the suspects and no arrests have been made. Detailed descriptions of them were not immediately available.
