A 20-year-old man was shot while driving in San Francisco’s Mission District on Sunday afternoon, police said Monday.
The shooting was reported at 12:17 p.m. in the area of 16th Street and South Van Ness Avenue.
The victim was driving along South Van Ness when he was struck by gunfire. He drove to a hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not life-threatening, according to police.
No arrest has been made in the shooting and no suspect information was immediately released by police.
