At least one person has died in a solo-vehicle crash Tuesday in Oakland, police said.
At 10:35 p.m., officers were investigating the collision in the 1000 block of 98th Avenue.
Police said 98th Avenue is blocked between E Street and Medford Avenue and are asking drivers to use different routes.
