Around 1:20 a.m., officers responded to the 3300 block of 19th Street, where they found the victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound, police said.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The city’s medical examiner’s office has identified him as Tony Patton Jr. of San Francisco.
Officers have not made any arrests in the case. Further details about the homicide were not immediately available.
