The first fire was reported around 12:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Fourth Street.
Firefighters reported a fire broke out in a four-story office building in the stairwell area on the roof of the building.
Crews managed to knock down the fire, and it was reported as under control a short time later.
The other fire broke out in the 1400 block of 10th Avenue.
This fire was first reported around 1:02 a.m. at a residential and commercial building.
Firefighters also reported this fire was quickly placed under control.
There have been no reports of injuries in either of these incidents.
