A man was hospitalized Friday night after being shot in the arm during an attempted robbery, Antioch police said.
The shooting was reported at 8:44 p.m. in the 2000 block of Cavallo Road, according to a release from Antioch police.
The victim drove himself to a parking lot on East 18th Street, where officers found him and his fiance, police said. He was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Officers found the crime scene on Cavallo Road, but the suspect had fled.
