A 75-year-old woman suffered critical injuries in a collision with a truck Wednesday afternoon in San Francisco’s Bernal Heights neighborhood, police said.
The collision occurred at about 2:50 p.m. at Cortland Avenue and Ellsworth Street, Officer Joseph Tomlinson said.
A large moving truck struck the woman when she was in a crosswalk.
She was taken to a hospital.
