Fire burns four acres on Mt. Diablo

Cal Fire officials said firefighters have extinguished a fire that started Thursday afternoon on Mount Diablo in Contra Costa County.

The fire burned 4.2 acres and was first reported at 3:30 p.m. close to Summit Road.

The fire had threatened a radio repeater site, which boosts radio signals.
